Refund policy

Payments on makhplay.com are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds go through Paddle.

Supporter Packs

• You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
• If we cancel the game before release, we refund packs that include launch rewards (Steam keys, credits, named characters), whenever you bought them.
• A refunded pack is removed from the investors wall.

How to ask

Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or visit paddle.net and find your order. You can also email hello@makhplay.com with your order number and we will start the refund with Paddle.
